At a very young age, Tammy learned that in order to build a good home, you needed start from the foundation up. Her Father was a general contractor and owned a construction company. This helped give her a very well-rounded, in-depth knowledge about home construction; if you have a question, she’ll likely have your answer.

Tammy has been a Real Estate Broker since 2002. She obtained Rookie of the Year in just her first year in Real Estate by closing more deals than the “above average” Realtor®, by her second year she earned President’s Club Award and Master Circle award several consecutive years there-after. Tammy continuously excels in proving her skills by much repeated business and consistent referrals from satisfied buyers and sellers. She is exceptionally knowledgeable in her field of expertise and goes above and beyond to ensure complete satisfaction.

Tammy’s first priority when meeting a new client is to find out how she can best help them, which leaves them some of the happiest and most knowledgeable home buyers and sellers in Wichita today. Tammy believes it is that knowledge of today’s market that leads to good decisions, especially when clients are more prepared to know what to expect each step along the way, it makes the entire transaction more enjoyable for everyone.
